Fast Casual brings traditional pizza to a new audience; one that needs one in under 5 minutes.

Herb and Fire Pizzeria allows guests to create their own pizza. The guest watches as their personal pizza is created with hand-made dough, topped with scratch-made sauce, their choice of cheese, and fresh, premium ingredients.

The cherry on top of this experience is watching the pizza be fired in a stone hearth.

​The process takes under 5 minutes and guests will be sure to come back over and over, if not to try the millions of combinations of sauces, cheeses, and toppings, but to choose from our carefully mastered signature pizzas, sandwiches, and salads.​

PROCESS

1. FRANCHISE REQUEST FORM
Fill out our Franchise Request Form. Once we receive it, a member of our Team will contact you to discuss development opportunities and your qualifications.
2. ApPLICATION PROCESS
Once we have gone through the basic criteria and qualifications, we will give you our FDD (Franchise Disclosure Document) and an application for you to fill out and submit. At this time, we will also require you and your team to visit one of our locations for a Discovery Day. This is an opportunity for you to see our operations first hand and meet our Team.
3. iNTERVIEW​
Upon successful review of your completed application, you will be invited to attend an Interview day here at our Office in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The day will be comprised of meetings with key executives where you will be able to present your experience and how you will be an asset to the Herb & Fire family. You will have the opportunity to work with our Team to get a better understanding of our operations and support. 
4. fRANCHISE APPROVAL
Once we have a mutually beneficial agreement to join our family, we will send you a Letter of Understanding that will lay out the terms of your agreement. This letter will need to be signed by you and returned with an earnest money deposit that will be applied toward your development fee or first franchise fee.
